1. Agreeing To The Gelagen Terms

Opening a page on en-gelagen.com puts this document, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer into effect between us. They function as a single agreement. Disagree with any of it and the remedy is simply to close the tab. Revisions are dated at the top.

2. Who The Gelagen Site Is Written For

Readers of eighteen and over. The bottle is labelled for adults and the writing about it is pitched the same way.

3. What Gelagen Publishes, And What It Does Not Do

This is an editorial site about one dietary supplement. It does not take payment, hold inventory, dispatch parcels, process returns or provide healthcare. Purchases are completed on the seller's own system, governed by the seller's own contract, between you and them.

4. How Gelagen Makes Its Money

A commission may be paid by the seller when a reader follows a link from here and buys. Your price does not move because of it. That arrangement is stated in the footer of every page precisely so you can factor it in, and a clinician who can examine you will always be a better source than a website with a financial stake.

6. How Accurate Gelagen Aims To Be

Reasonable effort, no warranty. Manufacturers reformulate, sellers move their prices, and nutrition research shifts underneath everybody. Nothing published here is guaranteed current at the moment of reading. If your bottle contradicts this site, believe the bottle and tell us.

7. Copyright In The Gelagen Pages

The words, layout, stylesheet and script belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Read freely and print a copy for yourself. Reposting, mirroring, scraping, bulk harvesting or building adaptations all need permission in writing first. Brand names, label photography and trade marks stay with whoever owns them.

Nothing here touches liability for death or personal injury through negligence, for fraud, or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. The Law Behind The Gelagen Terms

Florida law governs, conflict of laws rules aside, with the courts of that state taking jurisdiction. Consumer protections that apply where you live and cannot be signed away are untouched by this clause.

13. Amending The Gelagen Terms

These terms can be revised. Carrying on using the site afterwards signals acceptance of the revised version, and the date at the head of the page records when that last happened.
